My new roommate said he pays 300 a month for a customized diet and program from this online coach. I looked at it, it seemed really solid, he refused to share his program with me.

I was wondering if anyone has a trusted semi-novice PPLPPLR program. I'm tired of mucking around in the gym.

Furious Pete starts his packages at $399 for 8 weeks, which include diet, training, supplement guide, and email to contact him personally whenever

Your friend is paying more than double what established professionals in the industry charge. I'd suggest he save his money, would not pay more than $100 - 150 a month for a no name trainer
