The weather is nice and most rapists and muggers are asleep by 5. Then I just roll into work and take a shower in the company gym. I go to sleep at around 10 so it's not an issue because I have enough test to get me through the day

It's a really good way to start the day and running right after sleep will decrease your resting heart rate. (At least I've seen more of a difference than when I ran in the middle of the day)

I used to run 3-4 miles before work and class when I was in college

But just recently when I do run before work I can't stop sweating at work
Beads of sweat don't stop forming on my forehead until like after fucking lunch

I now have to put deodorant on my forehead and sip cold water all day if I get the urge to run in the AM

Current schedule.

>Go to work till 6:30 in a warehouse
>Go home, shower, eat
>Draw till bedtime

Rinse and repeat. My brain doesn't function well in the morning. So I leave mental task shit for the afternoon.
