You only rest 90 secs in between sets on GVT. Two compounds and a couple additional accessories can be done within an hour. You might be right about not eating enough though . I'm 6' 173 and eating around 3800 a day just to keep up.

It takes me about 2 hours to train now, and I'm only doing 4 exercises, so yes it is a YUUUUGE timesink. And yes you need to eat like a horse in order to actually complete the workouts. 10/10 would recommend if on cycle, 3/10 if you are a natty - better have 3+ years experience.

Yeah you've got me there, I rest a little bit longer than the 90 seconds for squats too. That shit is probably the hardest physical thing I've ever done. I manage to stick to the 90 secs for everything else though.

I do standard bench press and incline bench but the thing I find working my chest the best is doing one-handed pec flyes on a pec deck machine. I keep the arm I'm not using extended to stretch my chest more and bring the arm I am using all the way over to the other shoulder. I get an insane pump off doing 4 pyramid sets of those.

It depends, and for for gains of any kind you'll have to bulk up.

If you want to get good at oly lifting you'll have to do a lot of accessory work so to speak, Squats, FS, Rows, OHP, OHSquats and all of the other shit. But generally speaking you should gain trap size, quad and glute size, stronger back/bigger lats, stronger tris, stronger stabilizers and a lot of mobility
