Is it possible to exercise and get an ass like on the left rather than the one on the right? Is there a specific diet I'd need to follow?

Left is also relaxed and right is flexed, big difference.
Just do hip thrusts, it's largely genetic with ass shape for men, just like women; some girls just get hit with genetic garbage and no matter how hard they train their ass is perma in proportion with their waist as opposed to having mean hourglass taper that nets you those 80,000 likes on insta and they just look like a fucking gorilla. Unfortunate but that's just life. Training glute med tends to make the waist seem fuller imo but it's not really talked about among men. My hip abductors and adductors are definitely massive from constant isolation (Flat feet so need that stability)
So yeah if you really want to look like you suck dick then just set aside a day exclusively for glute work and have at it.
