It's 5oz of spinach wilted in a pot with crushed garlic, salt and pepper, so pretty much it became the sauce. At the end you put a cup of Parmesan cheese to the mix.

calories are one thing, but what comprises the calories is also certainly worth looking at. saturated fats in the medical community are pretty much agreed upon that they're not advantageous for the body, above a small amount. the amount of sat fats in OPs pic is at least x2 what someone should be eating in a day.
