i wanna put all my noob gains to good use and start playing a sport. my 2 choices would be boxing or rugby ( most alpha i could think of ). my strenght isn't very good but i'm progressing fast after i've stopped cutting, and my cardio is on point, while i'm extremly good on long endurance shit i don't do as well on shorter intense shit, but i used to so i can train this aspect and be proficient as well.
what sport would i have more success in, and which do you like most ?
Rugby if you're not a pussy. Hard to learn the game at a later age though.

Rugby is as gay as it gets. Play football OP

Rugby is the most accepting and best sport you can play. Find a men's league and get some new lifelong friends.

Gridiron? Soccer? Aussie Rules? Rugby League?
Also, rugby union is alpha as fuck. It's also upper class, so you're guaranteed to make some good friends in ok or high places.
I play Rugby, mainly forward utility swapping between Flanker and Tighthead if needed. It mainly depends on your stats what you're going to play, overall both are about the same amount of cardiovascular difficulty. Boxing is probably harder in the long run since it has weight classes, which can translate into you fighting some monsters of guys depending on the class. Rugby is fun though, even if you're just there to fuck around on the pitch for a little, also it helps you get more play time if you can throw for a lineout or kick.

I prefer rugby personally.
Whichever sport you go for, just understand that competing in either is signing up to get injured. There's no getting around the fact you're going to get hurt in the long run.
