what are some things you've heard fit people say IRL that goes against everything people say here.
Some examples:
> met a buff old guy who said he doesn't count reps or sets, just lifts until he can't anymore
> muscular kid in HS told me he was a vegan and you don't need that much protein unless you're bodybuilding
> real muscular guy I know hut his shoulder but kept lifting with it, saying it's stupid to wait until injuries heal
all of these people are in better shape than me, so I'm in no place to put them down. I just think it's interesting how people IRL have very different roads to success

>> met a buff old guy who said he doesn't count reps or sets, just lifts until he can't anymore
could work but not recommended, cheaper than a psychiatrist
> muscular kid in HS told me he was a vegan and you don't need that much protein unless you're bodybuilding
this is true
>real muscular guy I know hut his shoulder but kept lifting with it, saying it's stupid to wait until injuries heal
he probably just trained around his injury, doubt he started doing maxes on the BP

>German Volume Training by accident
>genetix, teen memetabolism
>probably slowed his progress if he avoided snap city

>average penis length
Good lord, is this why you're a bunch of cucks?
>>38933722
that's higher than I expected. I'd assume most untrained people can't do a single one

>good lord

>1 pullup
>12 minute mile time
>180 1rm bench
something doesn't add up

Yeah that bench doesn't sound right especially with the average chest being 40" inhaled which is pretty small.
I suspect it was self-reported bench press max.

1. instinctive training can work if you have experience, it probably works a fuckload better than just indefinitely doing some low volume 3x5 routine especially for your upper body
2. you don't need that much protein as a natural, but you probably need more than you could get as a vegan without supplements
in every study i've seen 0.8g/lb appears to be more than enough
3. some injuries can be worked through, some cannot

seems reasonable to me, the average male is a fat cunt
this would limit pullups and running more than bench press max
>average bf% = 17
lol the whole pic is bait
