Where do I find cheap dumbbells for home use?

Never worked out regularly or went to a gym. Am skeleton. I'm looking for something at least 15kg per dumbbell

They seem to cost more than I'm willing to spend on them online. Local Craigslist equivalent doesn't have much and if there's a decent ad I am probably always too late for it

Op here, 100$ is too much. The ones I'm talking about online were 30kg for like 30-40€. But most of them were shitty plastic (sand filled?) with plastic bars.

Only other one I found was 10kg for 15€ I think, but then again, 10kg seems like nothing and it will be useless in no time.
