Could I get a form check? I'm not sure if I'm hitting depth. I'm usually squatting deeper but I decided to cut it a bit short since I'm getting some lower back pain when squatting. I don't feel anything when deadlifting. I also sometimes feel like I'm falling forwards, and I think it happened during this video. Any tips would be helpful. Are my knees okay? Feet too wide/close? Noticible buttwink? First time squatting without looking in the mirror too.

In my country the national championships of the ipf affiliate federation doesn't even have attendees for all the weight classes. Last year the men's junior had 1 guy in 59, none in 66, 2 guys in 74, 4 guys in 83, 4 in 93, 2 in 105, 1 in 120 and 2 in +120. The open division had NO lifters for the 59 or 66, 1 guy in 74, 5 in 83, 8 in 93, 6 in 105, 1 in 120 and NO lifters in +120. Sometimes weak people competing kinda just fills out the competition.

I'm corkscrewing out of the bottom of my squats and I believe I'm tilting my pelvis forward to the left. It's causing some hip flexor pain and some back pain too. Do you guys have any tips to fix this asymmetry?

Trick is to not do too large jumps in weight. You're not going for a PR every time, and it is okay to accumulate some fatigue on the way up.
It will suck, believe me, but it is doable.

If I'm following starting strength how strict should I be?

I've been doing other exercises in addition to the three it recommends alternating between.

for instance, My squad is painful, I've underdeveloped (I think) back muscles. No shelf for the bar to rest on.

So I've been thinking about adding rows. But for higher rep per 3x set. fer dat muscle gain.

I did some rows the week before my lat workout, and the muscle improvement since then really helped ease the pain in my squat.
