Okay, I got a problem /fit/. I need a good starter workout for building muscle, that I can do at planet fitness. This is the only option for me currently. I was going to do ICF but im not going to be able to do this at planet fitness due to no squat or bench racks.
Anyone have any ideas? It's going to have to be primarily machine based now.

Use dumbells for all your lifts, even goblet squats. Glute bridges and back extensions for the deads. You will outgrow this quickly. When you do, go to a gym that has a barbell and you're going to have to learn form all over again. Realist answer.
