I want to eat Lean Cuisine and Chipotle. I know this isn't healthy, but I go to college and commute and don't have my own kitchen. I live with my parents.

I want to eat yogurt and a banana or a protein shake for breakfast and Lean Cuisine and a salad with no fat, 35 calorie per serving Caesar dressing or Chipotle. I'm aiming for 900 calories a day. I do not eat dinner.

Now, I realize that I could be making healthy meals, but everything requires oil and butter. I want to make healthy garlic shrimp with a little bit of pasta. I like pasta but there's no low calorie pasta or olive oil or butter alternative. How to avoid chicken and brown rice?

Sounds to me like you're creating fake roadblocks because you actually don't to try. You need to stop over-analyzing it and just start. Count calories. Get myfitnesspal. Eat whatever you want just don't go over 1200 a day. In 3-4 weeks you'll have figured out what works for you and what doesn't. Sometimes you'll fuck up, but that's ok, it happens to everyone. Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint.

Any low low cal breads? I can't eat meat and eggs without some sort of carb.

Fatass here, maybe I can help out, 5'7", started at 240 in July, down to 220 now.

The most important thing about food is to be at a caloric deficit every day; to figure out what that is, use one of the numerous calorie calculators on the Internet to find out what your maintenance is then eat 500 less of that. MyFitnessPal is a good app to keep track of what you eat every day. That's gonna require measuring; buy a digital scale and measuring cups. Additionally, you need to learn how to cook and prepare your meals on Sunday, so you can have something to eat throughout the week; learn how to make something like pork tenderloin or a package of chicken breasts and just have it in the fridge.

Depending on how big you are(if you're over 260 pounds), I would recommend little to no exercise until you get down to around 250. Once there, get a gym membership or use your school's gym and pick a starting lifting program like Stronglifts or Starting Strength and stick to it; it's 3 days a week, 1 hour a session, which is not asking much. Learn to do proper form and start at no added weight when you use the Olympic bar; use lighter dumbbells if you're really fucking weak. Then at the next session, add 5 pounds(for example, if you start squatting the empty Olympic bar which is 45 pounds, add 2.5 pounds on both sides the next time you do it). You'll start replacing your fat with muscle.

I love Chipotle, but I only get a salad with no rice or beans, fajitas, chicken, salsa, and cheese, which is approx. 350 calories. Once you add rice and beans it shoots up to 680. My advice is start cutting your carb intake(rice, bread, beans, pasta, sugar) since it's an easy way to cut a lot of calories and not have to do a lot of guesswork; it's more important to stay under your maintenance. Once you start eating less carbs, you'll have less cravings since protein stays in your gut longer and takes longer to digest. On days you work out, you can eat some healthy carbs.

I'm a guy of 183cm, 107kg. Down from 117 in April. I hit the gym 2 to 3 times a week, along with some dumbbell exercises and pushups at home.

My weighloss has slowed down like crazy. I hit my current weight like 2 months ago and I can't manage to get it lower. In this time my strength hasn't gone up by much either.

I'm gonna share my typical daily meals with the hope that you can tell me what to change to get going again.

Breakfast:
30g protein powder with water
1 serving of joghurt with blueberries
327 kcals

Lunch:
200g turkey
1 onion
10g of coconut fat
250g cauliflower
some soy sauce
489 kcal

Dinner:
300g salad
1 paprika
1 can of tuna (in water)
100g tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
665kcal

Total: 1481 kcal

I try to keep every day around the 1500 mark, with a cheat meal on Saturdays.

Shoot for about 1200 to 1800 calories a day to eat. 900 is WAY to little.

I'm losing weight too. Here's what I did, cut out the three whites right off the bat.

If it has them in any medium to large portion, stay away. Eat egg whites and chicken (I can't stand turkey anymore), low calorie protein foods to help keep you full. Chicken Chili is easy and filling, lots of beans and veggies, and the beans will keep you full for a while. Plus, if you cook a large batch, or a massive batch, you can put the rest in the freezer or fridge for a quick snack or in between grazing meal.

If you want something sweet from time to time, or are a soda junkie, go to choc. milk, and slowly ween yourself off to just water.

Unsweetened cinnamon apple sauce is another good snack sorta sweet item, usually only 50 cals. per cup and it will sate your sugar tooth.

With every meal, attempt to drink water instead of anything sweet or that has sugar. It will make a difference.

As soon as you wake up, don't eat, workout, then eat a large meal. Remember to eat your biggest to smallest meals from descending order. Don't eat TOO much before bed, I know some people can't sleep without something in their stomach, but try and limit yourself.

If you are on a budget and need to watch your income, buy eggs, separate the yolks and just use the egg whites, there are plenty of tutorials online that a child could preform. Eggs are cheap asf. and it won't cost you an arm and a leg to eat large amounts of them. I used to eat 6 eggs (yolks removed) each morning with jalapenos and Chalula Sauce on them after I got a morning workout done.

It's not TOO hard to lose weight, it's just about getting into a new habit and repetition.

It sounds like emotional eating or your bored and just eat. Put a sign on your fridge and cabinets where you keep your snacks with a message, something along the lines of "Stop, and think what you are going to eat and why".

Put sticky notes on the snack foods with a frowny face and write it in red along with the "Stop and think what you are going to eat and why".

Unfortunately the majority of kids grew up in the US with parents that used food as reward incentives for being good little boys or girls. So they related usually junk food or just food in general to doing a good job and making them feel better.

It's going to be tough, like really tough if your an emotional eater. In a sense, it's similar to a drug addiction I'd imagine, but not as serious or bad.

You need to stop and think about what and why you are putting food in yourself and how you feel at that moment before you even eat it. Usually most people feel panicked or nervous, or anxious, and then go almost eyes roll back and just starting going nuts on the snacks and foods (pun intended).

It's going to be tough, really tough but it's all about repetition and habit forming.

First, focus on losing the weight, just do basic calisthenics, no weight squats, jumping jacks, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, hip-raises, 5 count body builders (no weights), burpees, shit like that. Or just do squats with some 15 to 25 pounders to begin with.

Also, try walking for an hour a day, or twice a day for an hour each. Get moving and get active.

If your severely overweight, just move, no kidding, just move, it doesn't matter, as long as you are moving your body in some way.

Keep Calories in check but dont waste your time counting calories in vegies as they are generally negligible. Approximate the calories you intake now and try to aim to lower it to 1500-2000 calories a day. No need to go from obese to modal right away.

Remember that there is a lot more to say in regards to healthy eating but for losing weight the above is all you need to worry about.

I know you're trolling, but high reps with low weight generally gives size over strength. Look up any upper body routine, it literally does not matter. Bench, curls, incline, OHP, and any machine you find at your gym that you like. You aren't looking to be a bodybuilder, you're trying to not be a fat fuck. You are mentally handicapping yourself intentionally because you don't want to do any real work.

I don't know, I don't care about legs. I just do my squats and leg presses because I dont want chicken legs. You can probably get away with using all the leg machines + squats + deadlift. I personally do 3x10 for legs, you will probably want to do the same thing. I see a lot of girls at my gym doing 32873489 reps of one leg exercise and they look great, so maybe use google to find advice from a female that knows what theyre doing.
