Thoughts on eating шпpoты в мacлe from Latvia?
It's my favourite fish and it's OK price, but I don't know if it's good or bad for health because it's in vegetable oil and fished from poisonous Mare Balticum.

Where you from? In Latvia, i find that the sprats are more expensive than canned tuna and much worse macros.

I live in Sweden.
I usually order them from a Russian store in Malmö, where they cost 2,5 euros per 250g.

It may not be the healthiest fish but it's the only fish that I truly enjoy, even though I've eaten all kinds of fish before like mackerel, herring, salmon, cod, garfish, perch, pike etc

For my part it has to be either sprats or shellfish when it comes to seafood.

Hey bro, I have an idea for you:

Research the approximate amount of mercury found in each fish, there's different values for each fish.

Then look up how much mercury consumption over what period of time will actually cause mercury poisoning.

I ate tilapia for breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, but worked out 4-5 hours a day and I ate alot of fruit and nuts and drank a lot of water, not sure if there are other factors that affect it but I got asked how I didn't have mercury poisoning.
