What does /fit/ think about the Bu... about Kinobody?
I'm considering giving up on my basic 3x5 5 day a week program and running his programs in order, the Warrior, Greek god and then Super Hero programs. but the lack of backsquats just doesn't seem right to me

I do a basic 3x5 on 5 days a week. i'm bored and sick of regressing on lifts and stalling and want a more interesting program.
this is a 3 day a week program, i am thinking of doing this plus a 4th day for pure legs once a week

If you're going to follow his program then you only go 3 days a week. He doesn't have much leg routines because he says he's happy with where they are and he doesn't want them too big. He also said you're happy to incorporate your own leg exercises in there if you'd like. He focuses on strength and muscle efficiency not size

I think i'll do this program but with an additional leg day between A and B. and replace Romanian dead-lifts with actual deadlifts.
I'll find a martial arts place to fill in the extra days, i gave up martial arts when i moved and haven't trained in 3 months
