looks like a severe case of pili-multigemini, multiple hairs from one follicle, dont bother yourself over it, probably not cancer though you can get checked if you're feeling paranoid. Just pluck that shit out and if you dont want it to come back you can get surgical/cryo/laser treatment done to remove the entire follicle. I have 2-3 hairs in most follicles on my legs, makes me a pretty hairy motherfucker (I wax it all off though) Never seen this many in one follicle in my life though
