Is working out 6 days a week bad? I've seen stuff online about people going to the gym 6 days a week, but the sticky says that's bad. Would alternating between cardio and weights each day work? Or is that also bad?

as long as you eat enough you should be good

Ive been doin it for 2 years
No.problems, no injuries
Also what type of workout plans are there out there for 6 days a week?
Lifting 3 days then cardio 3 days with Sunday off works for me. I tried lifting 6 days a week on both brosplits and PPLxPPL and always plateaued hard.

depends on your body, on your training, on your eating..personally, I like ABCxABCx, that way, when I do day B, muscles used in day A will rest, same for day C, and in day 'x', whole body rests. Doing this, you get 5 times per week and you always come back to day A feeling properly recovered
This is what i do:
day 1: chest+back
day 2: legs + calfs
day 3: shoulders +trapezius
day 4: lower back +abs
day 5: arms
repeat. I do 6 days a week, and i go for a run before every workout to get the blood pumping. It works for me.

then you'll be in a calorie deficit and make no gains

PPLPPL is great, shifted to chest/bi, back/tri, legs/shoulders tho recently. All on a bastardised version of Coolcicadas PPL
If you have the time, do it 6 days a week, you will neeed to eat a fair bit though, especially if your day to day is active or you do a lot of cardio
