>TFW can only do chinups with 60lbs assisted
>TFW only weigh 200lbs
Will I ever be able to do chinups with my own weight?
>>38890710
yes.
>>38890731
When?
So far it's not that bad right? Ill make it eventually right?
>>38890710
>tfw use to do 3 sets of 8-10 reps of 90# weighted pull ups
>tfw fucked should up over 2 years ago and it never fully healed
>>38890710
tfw when I can't do any pullups, but I can do chin-ups for days.
I used to be 210 lbs and had to use 100 lbs assist, you'll get there eventually.
>>38890766
How long did it take you bro?
>>38890769
Probably 4 months or so, doing pull-ups 3 times a week. I cut down on the volume once I was able to do body weight so I haven't progressed much beyond that though.
>>38890784
Will it take me less than that? Since I only need 60 lbs more to gain in it
>>38890817
why do you care. just make it happen
>>38890826
I'm embarrassed
Negatives
What's your height? I had no trouble with chinups as a 6'2 150lb skele, I still have no trouble and I'm at 195lb now. I can probably do more now.

6ft 200lbs
> mfw seen this thread every day this week
Eventually, just keep doing them.
I do 3xf chins once a week and am up to 5,5,4 now.
210 lbs.

I'm really really shitty at pullups and chinups. 6'1 165lbs. It should be easy at my weight but it isn't

I guess the good side of going from fat > fit is the calves. The good side of going from skinny > fit is being better at bodyweight things (usually).
