Seriously my pecs aren't growing. I've started doing chest twice a week but nothing. Bodybuilders in golden age had really nice pecs. I want something like that but mine aren't even close.
Is roid the only way?
Two exercises for each: sternal head, clavicular head, abdominal head. Wait 2 months and adjust.

Anterior delt, right? They're overpowering your Pec. Drop the weight, focus on mind muscle connection, get good squeezes in and drop your shoulder blades down and back to put your anterior delts at a mechanical disadvantage to focus on your pecs.

Same advice for bench. As for triceps, I don't know what you're doing, but you're somehow getting anterior delt involved. Drop the weight and try to contract only your tris, or try another trip exercise.
I bet your anterior delts are much bigger for your size than your pecs or tris. And that's the reason why. Check out Athlean-x's YouTube videos on biomechanics, they've really helped me. However his other shit is bs.

Hope this is fast enough. Low for clavicular. A couple notches above bottom. Bring your hands in front of your neck. Top for sternal. Put one foot back and lean into the ground and bring your hands straight in front of your chest. Abdominal top. Stand like you're a t like a cross. Bring your hands down straight in front of your dick

If you have bad chest genetics its going to take at least year of hard work to develop a decent chest. I feel your pain man, have shit chest genetics but fought through it and now its passable
