No, you could try setting up a platform and doing negatives until you've dropped enough poundage to be able to do a full pull-up

Lat pulldowns
Pullup negatives and resistance band assisted pullups. If your gym has a weighted assisted pullup machine then you're in luck.

just change your diet, learn how to cook proper food, read the sticky.
walk every day for 2 min and increase it by 10 seconds every 2 days or so.
