Whats good everyone. Junior in college, and im finally ready to start going to the gym seriously. But where do I start? I usually do some light lifting and then jog for 25-40 minutes a couple times a week. But I havent done this since my freshman year. Currently skinny fat. But I wanna put some serious muscle on. Any pointers?

Go to the gym, and find your 5 rep maxes for Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, Rows, and OHP
Then go to the strength standards website to calculate your 1rep maxes and use it to generate a workout plan for either SS or Stronglifts 5x5. Follow your workouts without deviation, throw in some cardio, and eat like a horse.
