Dumb question, I haven't had enough calories today and the only thing left to eat is a dessert. Should I eat the dessert or just simply accept not hitting my calorie goal today? I don't know if the calories make up for all the sugar and whatever is in there.

If you want pudding, sometimes when I don't hit my caloric goal for the day I will make a meal supplement with little water to make a pudding and let it get cold
