Hi fit

Recovering anorexia here, 45kgs and 165cm. I'm very weak, can't even do one push up

Should I get kettlebells or should I wait till I gain more weight?

And I've read the sticky don't think it mentions any of this not native English anyway

Don't do GOMAD. Don't go extreme with the calories. You're just getting over an eating disorder, don't fuck yourself by triggering it again or going to the next extreme.

If you can't do one pushup, start with kneeling pushups until you can do full ones. Start doing cardio, work yourself up to a 5k run three times a week. Bodyweight exercises are a good place to start. Don't randomly buy kettlebells, read the sticky, pick a good routine, and get into a gym. Assuming you have no access to a gym, follow startbodyweight.com

Don't go extreme on the calories. Just do 100 over your TDEE, and slowly increase it as needed.
