So, I just found out apparently I'm not supposed to cut when I just start lifting, even though I'm fat, which I've been doing for the past 2-3 months. So I guess I'm going to bulk now. How do I know when I can go back to cutting? Do I eat more on days that I exercise? And how do I know how much more to eat?

Who said that? You already maxed out with your weights?

If your fat you shouldn't be bulking

This. Cut until you look like an average guy.

I'm starting to max out some of them, but I'm pretty darn weak, with 90 lbs being my max bench right now. But I'm still fat, so I assumed I should get skinny since I don't have much muscle anways. And I don't want to stay fat, but apparently cutting while DYEL is bad or something?

If you're bench is that low, you can cut and still make gains. 5-800 calorie deficit and get your protons.

You should be cutting if your a fat fuck, down to about 15% would be optimal. Bulking while fat is going to make you a hambeast and you've already been cutting for 2-3 months so stick to it.

You have fat power. You will have a much easier time to reach a better 1rm compared to a scrawny guy that started lifting.
bro. total noobs can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. no calorie surplus necessary.
just eat at a moderate deficit and lift

Is this same for girls? At 21%, can't decide if should cut or maintain/bulk

Cut. No harm in going back to 15ish % and then start bulking.
