U can just goto upp ur carbs enough insulin=growth

I saw nothing about his sleep but if this was even remotely possible, you'd have to sleep 14+ hours a day. I've heard of bodybuilders doing something similar but that's just not true results. 4000 cal a day isn't that bad but that's a painful spilt

It is impossible to gain almost a pound a day. Even if it were possible he wouldn't be doing it with less than 4.5k calories regardless of sleep. Guy is clearly Jewish.
