Is rice really improving digestion that much? How much rice are you eating a day?

i'm eating around 300g (dry weight) a day.
white rice doesn't influence digestion positively, brown rice can though because it has a lot more fiber

i used to eat 100g (dry) a day for weeks and pooping went really well

yes, but not really. A higher fiber intake overall will do the trick. Rice is ok, but it's not the best. eat a lot of veggies, some nuts and lentils.
Just finished about 130 g (measured dry) of brown rice. I'll come back from the gym and have maybe half that of white, but then I'll probably be done with carbs for the day unless I decide to make myself a sandwich or something

wat
That's about 1kg cooked rice
How do you eat 1 kg of rice on top of your other macros
Unless you are munching that shit raw

That's like 1000 calorie of carbs, so anyone that's not sitting in the couch all day and that has an active lifestyle with a bit of cardio can actually eat 300g rice a day
What about minute rice? I don't have much access to a kitchen atm and want to know if it's /fit/. What about the preservatives, etc.?

What's so special about rice anyway? Why not cycle through several different grains?
