Do you wear long sleeve shirts to the gym? It somehow feels weird to me, but I guess would be comfy in the winter time.
Sometimes. What kind of retarded question is this?

idk man, how strong are you?
Sometimes I wear a long sleeve underarmor shirt. The sleeves invariably rolls up on my forearms, but only like half way.
Then I vow never to do it again until I forget about it, and the process repeats.
Shills plz go
I home gym, so when it gets cold I the winter i wear long sleeves.
But you don't need compression high tech wicking overpriced crap for a heated gym. Don't buy into that meme or you'll look like the try hard you are
>Wanting to hide my forearms
Do you know how hard it is to get big forearms?
>>38820721
It's a lot more comfy but I'm a vein douchebag who likes to show off his gains so I usually don't

you get bigger forearms visually wise if you roll up one of those long sleeve shirts than if you use a short sleeve shirt (because most of the time the tricep and bicep will make your forearm seem smaller than it really is)

No.

>tfw no grandpa-tier forearms and hands.
how do a lot of people's fathers and grandfathers have hands like this? is it because of manual labor jobs?

i think it's genetics, most forearmlets killed themselves before going into maturity
