What does /fit/ think of the "Prison Workout"?
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/prison-workout-the-jailhouse-strong-routine.html
I was thinking of following it and splitting it between:
Day 1 Upper body
Day 2 Rest
Day 3 Lower body
Day 4 Rest
Day 5 Total Body
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 Rest
I'm new to this, obviously. Is this retarded?

the article later suggests doing variations of the exercises when they become too easy.
100 pullups, 380 pullups and 300+ squats is pretty crazy though. i could see people making gains off it

Back to misc faggot
josh bryant knows his shit, dont change it, split it the way he suggests
its like any routine, it will work if you make it work. you get what you put in
>>38819760
I'm an absolute beginner and it seems too much though. Don't get me wrong, i'll do it if it works, I just thought arms needed more rest than that though?
>>38819787
if you are a beginner you should do a routine geared towards beginners, obviously depending on your goals etc

The only swole excons I've talked to say all their size came from barbells, but the calisthenics is good for conditioning (and if you wanna get shredded)
