Yo fit
I want to work out more. I like rock climbing and lifting but I can't go full blast on both at the same time. Suggestions?

IMO
focus on lifting, the strength will carry over into rock climbing
Rock climbing seems like such a hipster form of exercise

Do a regular ppl split and when your doing pull work twice a week go rock climbing afterwards. its tiring but youll see some nice lean gains. IF you start developing tendinitis just stop climbing and focus on lifting and avoid the lifting exercises that aggravate you. Foam roll, and stretch A LOT.

That's because it is. For me its a way I can get close to my father who use to triad climb in his youth.

Or yoga twice a week, not as helpful as roids for healing but it definitely prevents injuries

it absolutely is, but that doesn't mean it isn't based
climb outside though, it's what the gym is supposed to prep you for and it's way more satisfying. also less hipsters

Outside climbing = experience
Indoor climbing = strength gains
hmm I wonder whats better for training
>>38817146
>implying you cant become strong climbing outdoors
gyms are just convenient, not saying don't use them

When I'm climbing outdoors I have to skip a lifting training day otherwise I'll be way too exhausted from the hiking and pitch climbing. Carrying equipment and hiking uphill after doing calf raises is literally hell

that's a fucking tranny?
