Are barbell rows supposed to cuck your lower back?
I can deadlift 160kg for reps and do 50 chin-ups every pull day? But doing 40kg rows makes my lower back hurt for days (using bumpers so they're at proper height)
If you're doing pendlay rows then not really, it is a big stabilizer so of course it will get pumped. Can't comment on any other kind of barbell row since they have way more problems than anything to do with lowback.

Keep your chest elevated. If you can't, go down in weight.
I get more backpain from squats than these.

Also don't use momentum to get through reps/sets
Just do one arm bent over dumbbell rows. Helluva lot safer and it's better.

Don't I need to lift heavy though?
I lift at home, I generally do sets of 80kg x 10.
My Dumbbells only go up to 30kg each.

>implying this isn't perfectly safe if you're not ego lifting

I didn't mean 50 chins in 1 set.
I just mean I do 50 chin-ups on my pull day after deadlifts. I'm 5'7 86kg and do the 50 in sets of 8-10. So takes 5/6 sets.
