Kind of new to strength training, noticed my arms and chest are more developed on my right side than my left
wondering if I should focus on my left side or if it will just work itself out

dumbbells
Post your worst chicken leg pics. Trying to talk someone into doing leg day.
dumbbells. do your left side first, whatever weight you do on left, do on the right, even if you could do more.
build both linearly, instead of having your right continue getting bigger

never understood why people did curls this way as opposed to standing.

Post a picture of yours, I only say this because you still use "leg day"

bicep training is basically all about preference since you can't train for a higher peak or something else BUT the people that do multiple variations do so because they think it hits different parts of the bicep

When your standing if the weight is too heavy u may compensate with shit posture and not actually lift the weight with bicep

Everyday is leg day. I wouldn't reccomend it to a beginner working out 6 times a week.

let your left side dictate what your right side is doing
e.g.
start curling left side, 3x8 or whatever the fuck
if you fail after 6/7, only do 6/7 with your right arm
repeat
that way your left arm will catch up to your right and you can start training them both equally
