every fortnight i have a day where i just eat whatever i want for the day, i'm running 3k for maintenance so it's usually a good day.

Even then that usually just means i have a chocolate bar and a really nice curry for dinner.

Going from 150KG to 80KG has made me completely reject food that isn't part of my regular scheduled eating now.
