not especially. Being blunt and unable to recognize social cues aren't particularly creepy by themselves, only in context. I'm what my friend calls "BPD autistic". I'm sort of obtuse and blunt, but people mostly like me anyway, because I'm not an asshole. It took years to learn. Being an autist isn't an excuse for being creepy, because even if you can't recognize cues, you can still know, academically, that there are times when you need to shut your mouth, or even, if you're unsure, you can explain yourself and back off or periodically give the other person ways out of the conversation where they can choose to stay or leave.
