Dietary Cholesterol doesn't become bodily cholesterol in most cases, so it may just be a response to something in your body. Have anymore stress than usual? Stress can muck up your body chemistry. That, or you had high cholesterol at the moment you got tested, and it corrected itself later. Maybe get checked more often to establish a baseline?
