What kind of things do you do to get yourself motivated for work outs?
Me? After every set I reward myself with a teaspoon of peanut butter, so when I'm pumping it or not really feeling it, I think to myself "just a few more reps and I can have a lick, just a few more" and that gets me going

If it's a lifting day, you go. Pretty much the only reasons not to is horrific upper respiratory infection and injury that makes it impossible.
