Alright /fit/, since this is also a health board, how do I get to sleep at night? I've tried everything but prescription sleep medication at this point. Melatonin, Valerian root, doxylamine, Diphenhydramine, none of that works. At this point, I've just been doing shots of 100 proof vodka to sleep at night and it's killing my gains, what do I do /fit/? Anyone else experience anything like this? Anyone have any remedies?

Have you considered getting up early every day?
You don't fix sleeping problems at night bud, you fix them in the morning.

Get up at 6 or 7am EVERY SINGLE DAY for 2 months and tell me you can't get to sleep.

The first few days will suck ass absolutely. But fixing health problems takes effort.

There is no quick fix to sleep pattern issues.
Do you work? Do you have abnormal shift patterns?

Get a 9-5 job and you will quickly start sleeping properly.
If you're a student then you just have to force yourself out of bed at the same early hour every day.

Yeah, I work, usually 12-9pm, sometimes, 8am-4pm, either or depends on the schedule that week. I do have classes on two days but they don't start till 9 o'Clock anyway.
