It's 800. When you're cutting always overestimate.

it depends on what part of the steak it is and how many oz it is,,,

15.6 oz raw

Good advice

Is your scale broken or what? How should we know?
>>38766261
How did you cook it?
>>38766168
what if you a doing an aggressive cut hmmmmmmmmm? and an extra 200 under will make u lose more muscle

Anything past waving it at the grill is a waste.
40-70cal/ounce Op, always figure near the high end on a cut.
Standard rule of thumb is always guess high if you're cutting, guess low if you're bulking.

Cast iron skillet.
That was 15.6 oz RAW.
Online sites say it cooks down to like 70%, so that would be around 800 cal.
But then some other sites, like google's answer says it's like 500-600.
In any case, this is why I avoid food I can't accurately count calories for - when cutting, at least.

To add, just over estimating calories can be bad too.
I've cut too fast a few times in the past and hate the strength loss.
