Would the One Punch Man workout even work? in the show he said he got his powers by doing this for 3 years, everyday:
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
10k run.
I know it won't give you super strength but what would it do to your body?

The push-ups, squats, and sit-ups are pretty easy, especially if split up into sets. If you did a 10k run everyday you'd get shin splints and/or fuck up your legs really bad.

The 10km run is unrealistic as fuck, the rest is not even that hard. Considering you actually put some realistic running goals you're going to be become an excellent soldier.
