Sounds like classic shoulder impingement.
Might be: Tight lats and biceps, poor scapula movement, overpowering chest and front delts. Read what Tony Gentilcore or Eric Cressey have to say on the subject.
Avoid movements that hurt and refrain from heavy pressing with a barbell for a few weeks.
With that being said, you should see a specialist and not listen to people online.

This is what I'm saying. Your body will find a way to move the weight even if you have poor motor patterns and mobility. You may or may not feel pain at first but that's how impingement works. Anyway, TF do I know.

Perhaps, weird as fuck though. Since before i was doing 20kg chin-ups 3x5, and 10kg pull-ups 3x5 and never had this problem. Fuck knows though, I'll rest it for a day or two more and if it still hurts I'll ask for x-rays and shit.

Also i just tried hanging from my pull-up bar, held for 30 seconds and didn't feel any pain what's so ever.
