I make omelettes. cook them just right so that they can't stick to the bottom of the pan like scrambled eggs do. plus I can put delicious fillings in them. my favorite combination is salmon, cream cheese, capers, and dill

It's literally just pickled hard boiled eggs. You use a jar, like 4 cups of vinegar, teaspoon of salt, teaspoon of sugar, and whatever pickling spices you like, I use cumin, oregano, coriander seed, cloves and some bay leaf, I also throw in some sliced onions and garlic, boil the ingredients (except the eggs) for a few minutes then pour it in the jar over the eggs. I tend to eat them with tuna salad

TLDR for perfect boiled eggs:
1. Boil water without eggs
2. Put eggs in on high boil for 30-60 seconds
3. Reduce to simmer for 8-13 minutes depending how done you like
4. Rapidly cool in ice water bath
