There is legitimate but incomplete evidence that correlates hair loss with creatine just so everyone knows. I thought it was broscience, so do a lot of other people when they hear it, but there is legitimate research backing it up. It doesn't seem serious enough to do much about but for some it may be worth considering. I've decided at my age an extra potential what, 8 lbs of muscle over like 2 years isn't worth the extra risk of hair loss. Hair loss itself is already associated with losing fat/getting ripped. But from that perspective you can't avoid it. Some people say these things just accelerate hair loss that was going to happen soon anyway.
