i have them too its mostly genetics u can't get rid of em but having a face tan helps and makeup biatch or concealer

its blood because in your case your skin is thin under your eyes.

-Drink lots of water, also before sleeping
-Get enough sleep
-Don't consume too much salt
-Get a nice tan so you don't look like a ghost

I've been using very small amounts of cream foundation to give my undereyes like a 10% boost at most
