Have there been any scientific studies on frequency and hypertrophy?
Like if i did 10 sets of bicep exercises throughout the week, versus 10 sets on monday and then rest for 6 days, would that result in the same amount of hypertrophy?
Whenever there's a study on physical strength training the results are always the same:
"No significant difference was noted between high reps low weight and low reps high weight."

yo who is that ?

That's a load of horse shit

You're right, that IS a metric assload of total horse shit.

More volume = more mass.
So you are not doing enough volume to get enough mass.

Almost all studies I've read on hypertrophy has said this.

>pony tails
>lush lips
>thin body
>small tits
fucking perfect wife material (besides the fact shes posting images like this to other people, that's a huge red flag)

You're reading garbage because those two different routines will build two totally different physiques

low reps high weight = best gains
>>38746446
Yeah but most of them are done on untrained novices or 'experienced lifters' who bench 205 i.e. noob gains cloud any useful information they could have achieved from the study.
Lifting studies are, for the most part, complete trash.
