What do you guys use to track meals and your macros?
Pic related, that's what I used, but I want something that has more function and doesn't cost fucking 60$ a god damn year and isn't full of fucking ads.

Google, CalorieKing, mfp's database, MS Excel (LiberOffice Calc should work too).

OP here, the feels are shared. I started university, I walk a lot, I don't eat a lot, yet when comes the weekend I go absolutely full fucking retard. I will just do the same meal for the entire week and switch it every week so I have a finite amount of food and I can't fuck it up. God damnit.

I think I should just use excel actually, all I care about are calories and amount of proteins a day right now.

If you know enough Excel to be able to use SUM(), you're practically good to go.
Only problem is it can be tricky finding calorie amounts for meat.
For example, 100g of raw chicken breast will weigh less depending on how it's cooked. So, 100g of broiled chicken breast could have more calories than roasted or whatever.

A spreadsheet

Why not just weigh when raw and then do some simple math to figure out proportions?

That's what I do.
The problem is when someone else cooks it for you. I mean, if there's an inconsequential amount of spices it's okay to make to make a simple "worst case" guesstimate by adding 10 or 20 calories.
But yes, way simpler to keep track when you cook everything yourself.
