hey /fit/ my shock training is over
id like to unveil something to you (also because i have to be held accountable by someone because no one knows this plan)
I've been working out 30 hours a week and 4000 calories for 2 weeks to shock my body into a schedule, it was the worst thing I've ever done and i don't recommend it but it got the ball rolling
from now on i will be bulking with 5000 calories and working out 20 hours a week (not to mention all the sport shit i already do)
for the next year I'm going to be getting my body into ideal mma standards, and then once i am there I'm going to be training to become a professional fighter for bellator
this is something i have to do, don't ask me why, it just has to happen
id like to become someone to look up to for you faggots, as i see people here every week asking for basic shit and then never see them again
my goals, from some reading I've done, are this
Deadlift - 2xBW 310
Back Squat - 1.75xBW 270
Front Squat - 1.5xBW230
Overhead Squat - 5 reps @ 1xBW 5x155
Bench Press -1.5xBW 230
Military Press – 0.9xBW 140
Pull Up (Weighted) - BW + .5BW 30 unweighted
i am nowhere even near that, currently I'm skinny fat 130 which is a huge jump from my 120 of last week (whole milk and protein boys, read the sticky)
other than that, if anyone has questions, AMA, if you want to bitch me out, go ahead, i will be doing updates weeklyish depending on response to this
(pic related, my arms before i started)

fuck
>>38737777
why is that quads of truth
bumping once, if this doesn't get any more UIDs after this then i won't use /fit/ to give updates
weights in kg?
>>38737951
Divide by 2.2 you lazy shit.
>>38737951
fuck, its really a pain to convert but roughly 2 pounds is a kg
This is so cool man :)
something i didn't mention, ideal fight weight will be 155, but thats subject to change as i get more of a feel for it
>>38737977
if you don't find it interesting why respond, i said I'm going to be giving updates based on how many people respond to this thread, and here you are, responding
Could be interesting but drop the attitude until you actually achieve something.
10lbs a week is way to much... will be 90% fat gain, it's generally accepted that you can gain at most 2kg of lean muscle per month = 1lb per week. Maybe you can get some more since you are underweight and noob ect but seriously 10lbs is wayyyy over.
>>38738004
didn't mean to do 10lbs, genuinely was a mistake
thanks for the interest though
ill do official height weight reach every week swell if i get some more interest than this, if people start responding, 5 UIDs is not enough, ill feel like I'm spamming the board
>>38738037
100% not at all interested
>>38738074
sounds good man, thats why I'm asking
