You always hear a lot of talk about how many protons you need to build mussel, but nobody ever says how many neutrons or electrons you need in a day.

So why is that? Are some people trying to hide the secret to getting strong from us? Also how many neutrons and electrons do you really need to grow muesli?

Sounds like broscience to me. I've heard that your electrons should equal your protons so that you'll be neutrally charged. And that you don't need neutrons, they only make you fat.

IDK why nobody ever mentions it but its kind of a big deal. The truth is you need to get almost as much neutrons as protons per day, maybe even a bit more.

Neutrons are a little more controversial because most people get enough with their protons, but depending on what you're eating that may not be the case. Its harder to know how many you need but I've never seen a study saying neutrons are DETRIMENTAL to building muscle so you should get as many as you can.
