I can not make progress on my bench. I've been stuck on 120 pounds for my bench for months and can't progress. I just can't bench more then this for the life of me no matter how hard I try. I'm eating enough and getting enough protein. Can you think of a reason why? The only reason I can think of is that I have a weak rotator cuff after an injury, do you think that is possibly not allowing me to progress?

fix your form
or it could just be mental, try getting a spotter
How old are you? Also where on on the lift do you fail, lockout or before?

Next chest day skip bench and do dumbell press, 5×8

Work on delts and triceps.

Do more accessory work.
I was stalling on 4x6 180lb for almost a year, but then I started really focusing on cable flys, skull crushers, and shoulder presses. My bench has gone up to 195 4x6 in two weeks.
I should say that my deadlift and squat are progressing. Only my bench and ohp are lagging.

Nah not low test, most likely a form issue and just weak muscles, gotta find which is the culprit and accessory that bitch to the heavens

I have the same issue except it's with all my lifts, and I am more than positive that I'm eating enough. I guess it wasn't meant to be
