Hi my fellow /fit/izens!
I'm doing SS now for approximately 5 months. Already made some nice gains in strength and mass but now I'm forced to train with dumbbells( new gym is shitty).
Does anybody have a good workout routine with them (whole body workout).

Barbell Bench Press. Barbell is in the name.

do RDL or suitcase deadlift instead of normal one
implement more stuff like farmers walk and do front squats ,overhead squats instead of normal squats and you are set, if you can do 5x5 with the heaviest , than just switch to 5x10 or 8-6-10-15

For example a squat. The momentum is not in your lower back but only in the legs

squats are not necessary you fuck tard. leg extension, leg press, calf raises, etc.. are healthy and safer..
you can squat with barbells too. .google it new fag. you do lunges with a 50lb in each hand
>leg extension,legpress
>safer
i would rather do jumps with low weight dumbells, lunges and overhead walk, pistol squats, sprints etc
also replace barberll row with dumbell pendlay row
do lot of pullups, like you can do them every training session, even on rest days, to develop that pissening back

You're an idiot.
NONE of those exercises are a substitute for the squat. Neither are all of them.
Enjoy your nogains.
