First day at the gym. How did I do?
3x5 - 185 bench (Maxed out at 225 lbs)
3x5 - 135 OHP
3x10 - 65 Barbell curls
3x10 - 35 Hammer curls
3x10 - 45 Dumbbell bent over rows
3x10 - 27.5 chest flies

Nah I'm not trolling. I've been just naturally strong all of my life. Lifted in high school some and some around the house with a bench out back. Nothing crazy though.

If this was your first day at gym those max doesn't count at all because of your form.
Take lighter weight and work from and mobility..
I'm not saying your form was that bad but at your first day it can't be perfectly done.
