170 pounds -> 190 pounds
175 seems to be my absolute goddamn limit. I got explosive diarrhea yesterday from eating..... hard boiled eggs, salad, sweet potato fries, peanut butter sandwich, grilled chicken, pork burger, and one beer.

I know. I've been adding in extra cardio and supplementing Yohimbine HCL during to help target the fat. It's just so frustrating when you lose 5, 10 lbs, and the gut barely moves.
1. See what my abs look like before I'm dead. It's on the bucket list, have to do it
2. shred some of the fat on my face. I'm not a fat fucker, but having a round face is pretty shitty to deal with and makes me look younger than I truly am.
3. Get big enough to intimidate. I'm not talking roids huge. But I would like to get to a point to where would-be thugs or robbers think twice if I'm a target.
4. Get to where I actually like myself. Don't know if it'll happen or not. But this is my best shot to try.
