Any tips on getting rid of 'mothers apron'? I'm currently doing cardio at the moment to drop and later do weights. All the chick mags seem to do spot training to get rid of it. And fuck tummy tuck is out of the question, massive unattractive scar.

>spot training
lol fucking garbage. weights and cardio. Don't eat shit. Won't happen overnight. In other words read the sticky.
Eat less.
Move more.

Keep on dieting/exercising.
It's infuriating how long I had to wait before this section of fat was next up to be lost. Fat distribution is weird annoying like that.

Not that anon, but how long did it take for you?
Ive lost nearly a hundred, over the years, and im still trying to get fat off that area among others.

2 years (220 to 130, 5'8, f) and it's just only recently (July) started to get smaller. I admittedly decided to take it slow because I've read that helps avoid stretchmarks (either correct or I just got lucky), but the pouch was really starting to get to me.

Same for me- lost the majority of the weight in 2015, but still some residual fat leftover.
I think Ill be cutting and lifting till Christmas...
Thanks for your reply

All women's magazine regarding exercise are pure garbage I noticed.

You already have a c-section scar you dumb whore, what difference is it going to make?

Here's the truth, though you may not want to hear it:
While there is some fat left to be lost in the picture on the left, she's sporting some loose skin, as well. No matter what people try to tell you, loose skin like that WILL NOT "tighten back up." You can lose all the fat out of it, and it will still hang there, because there's no biological or physical pressure for it to return to its previous taut state. The only remedy for that is surgery. I'm not trying to be a downer, but that's just the way it is.
