Help me /fit/

I'm bulking and needs to take in around 4k calories a day, but my stomach can't keep up with all the food, i feel sick.

I won't make it will i?

I am bulking too, am currently spooky. Try ingesting small meals frequently (think, 300-500 cal meals) every 2-3 hours, all throughout the day. Your stomach will appreciate it, and you'll make gains.

Next time try a lean bulk, aim to gain about 1kg a month, or 10-12kg a year. That comes down to about 250 calorie surplus a week.
/fit/ is a shithole of misinformation, everything in here should be taken with a gran of salt.
Look up carb cycling if you want to fool around with losing some of that fat while gaining a little bit of muscle at the same time, its far from optimal, but it can make it easier to keep on being motivated while losing fat.

You will have to buy digestives to break fown the food for you. Buy Betaine HCL for pure acid, and some kind of ox bile or other supplement to break down fats.
